Esalen Workshop Proposal Application

Thank you for your interest in offering a workshop at Esalen Institute.

We are currently pausing the review of new workshop submissions until after the new year. Submissions for our 2027 workshop calendar are still welcome during this time; however, please note that any new proposals received will not be reviewed until we resume the process in the new year.

At that time, our ability to consider additional proposals will depend on the remaining space and availability in our 2027 programming calendar. While we welcome you to share your proposal, we cannot guarantee that there will be opportunities available for additional workshops.

Thank you for your understanding and patience, as well as your interest in contributing to Esalen’s program. We appreciate the time and care you put into sharing your work with us.
