Esalen Workshop Proposal Application

Thank you for your interest in offering a workshop at Esalen Institute.

We have completed booking new workshops for our 2026 calendar and are not reviewing new proposals at this time. We will resume reviewing workshop proposals later in summer 2026.

The submission form will remain open to collect proposals in the meantime. Upon submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation that your proposal has been received. Once the process resumes, submissions will be considered in the order they were received, and we will notify you as decisions are made.
